 today we will talk a little about books



There are many genres of books, such as
馃挊novels, mystery, mystery, romance, science fiction short stories, biographies, autobiography, travel, memoirs and self-help



There are a number of interesting genres but if you ask me about my favorite I will always tell you that it is romance.




(I highly recommend the Born in Blood Mafia, Royal Elite book series.)


馃挀Let's talk a little about vocabulary, common expressions to talk about books

馃挆t's a page-turner. 
馃挆It's a cliff-hanger. 
馃挆It's a best-seller. 
 馃挆It's a fast read. 
馃挆It's hard to follow. 
馃挆It's trash.
 

We can use any of these expressions to describe or talk about a book!


Now let's move on to a slightly more complex topic, grammar.
But don't worry, it's very easy.

馃挆A noun clause is a clause (a group of words with a subject and a verb) that serves as a noun in a sentence

ex:She said that she can speak three languages. (Object – that she can speak three languages)

 A: Have you read "Eleanor and Park" yet?
 B: Yes, I have. It's definitely something that will make for a cliffhanger. I couldn't stop reading it.

 A: I heard it's a romance. That's how it is?
B: Absolutely, the story keeps you on the edge of your seat. You will be eager to know how they fall in love.

 A: Sounds like a great book. Is it a best-seller?
B: It became a bestseller shortly after its release. It's quite popular.

 A: I'm looking for a book to read during my trip. Is it a quick read?
B: No, it's an interesting read but not that fast, but it hooks you so much that you'll finish it in no time and you'll love every moment.
